Refund Policy — ACE Journal of Addiction (ACEJA)

The Article Processing Charge (APC) is payable only after a manuscript is peer-reviewed and accepted, and is generally non-refundable once paid. Refunds are considered only in cases of duplicate payment or a payment error attributable to the journal (e.g., incorrect invoicing or overcharge). Refund requests must be submitted in writing to editor@aceja.org with the relevant transaction details. Approved refunds are processed through Resol Global, the journal's authorized payment associate, using the original payment method.
